<p>slightly nervous and excited..</p>
<p>I’m 26 and going to UCSD in the fall, but people think I’m 21 anyway. It’s good to look younger. Just eat healthy, stay in shape, stay clean and people won’t really notice. They might think you’re a graduate student but they won’t think you’re outright old. I went to UCLA to visit with my classmate who’s 19 and his friends there thought I was the same age group. We were going to party and they’re like “We should get someone who’s legal to buy us alcohol” and I just giggled.</p>
<p>a lot of people are 4 years schools are older then 21… i wouldn’t worry about</p>

<p>I would think the older students like myself, at 24, are more concerned with how normal it is to be an adult, sharing a classroom with many immature, ambitiously giddy to the point of inexperienced, eager to please jack rabbits jumping out to claw you in half for that rank in the class. Sometimes it’s better to be quiet in class I always say, let the people that want to send out a signal get a mouthful of every other long winded virgin.</p>

<p>@UCLA1983: My cousin is in Pike at UCLA and I party up there a couple times a month. Most the kids there are 17/18/19 and I swear some of the chicks that come on Thursday nights are in high school. Thus, I feel old. haha.</p>

<p>I love that I am an older student. I dont think I was ready to really get my education when I was younger. I just took a different path in life…I feel much more fulfilled and proud of myself because I actually went back to school AND GOT INTO UCLA!!! I love it. Still waiting on Berk but I think I was born to be a Bruin! Yay for being a late bloomer!!!</p>
