Hey everyone!

I am planning to ED for UPenn CAS, and am indicating International Relations as my prospective major. I am also a first generation college and low income student.

I took my SATs for the first time in January, and received 750 CR, 760 WR, and 600 M. I might retake it again in October, but in the case that I don't, how much will my math score hurt me?

Thanks in advance!

Try to raise your Math score to 700 range. I would highly recommend for you to re-take the SAT again in October. Good luck!

Thanks for the advice @princeton2031! I will do my best to raise my score.

Your CR and writing scores are great, so I would just study solely for the math section and retake the test to try to raise that score. It’ll be superscored in with your other two, so you don’t need to worry about improving your CR and writing scores.

@Ranza123 Penn makes you send in all test scores though, so I still need to do well in all sections :(

@skieurope Thanks for the link and advice, I will try my best this summer to push it up to 700
