What are some good GE and English classes for an engineering student? It’d be great if they covered more than one requirement.

You can see a list of all the classes covering GEs here.

I’m not entirely sure what you’re asking. Do you want to know what English classes are good for general GEs, or which classes cover the lower division English requirement?

I’ve looked at the classes. I really want to know which classes are good, interesting, not too hard since I’m engineering and my classes will be difficult enough. I don’t need to do the lower division English requirement since I took the English AP test, but I need 3 English classes for engineering. I also need 6 GE classes. Some of them count for more than one requirement. Any suggestions? What have other engineering majors taken?

IF you mean English elective classes, I would recommended English 5F Creative Writing, if you’re into that =]

^ I agree. I’m currently in that class and it’s really fun. It’s a lot of work, but there’s no midterm or final.
