ok, so i wanna be a doctor. thats why im in this forum
i'm lookin at Boston U or Johns Hopkins as my top choices.

my gpa aint great (3.51 so far, im a rising senior)
and my SAT aint the best (2190) but im planning on taking it again in october
im president of ecology club, captain of science bowl
im in MESA and academy of biotechnology, ambassadors, national honors society
i play varsity volleyball and swimming
i'm a vice president of a non-profit company (kids are scientists too) that teaches kids science
and i teach at chinese school
(what is this? my resume?)

see heres the twist tho.
what screws up my gpa is middle school. i got into high school with a 1.something, which screwed me up soooo much
i took magnet geometry and algebra, and french 1
averaged C in all those classes. got a D in geometry (those ppl cant teach)
if i take out those middle school classes, i have a 3.87gpa
which is ok, but still not top notch
if colleges look at middle school gpa, im screwed, but if only high school, then im ok

i used the college search. cant get into any college with only a 3.5 gpa

ANND im asian! and you know how colleges screw with asians...

so then, my question is, how likely am i to get into boston U premed? i really like their premed program, and boston aint a too shabby place to live. the thing is, getting into bu premed is completely different from getting into bu, as with jhu.
annd, should i apply early? cuz early deadline is november, so theres no way i could get my new and improved sat score back.
