Assignment: Does working with others lead to better resaults than acting as an individual?

Thinking that a humanbeing can individually resolve every problem they obstacle with is wrong. Cooperating is better because a group of people working together can scrutinize the problem from many points of view. It does not nesessarily means that working with others leads loss of individuality and creativeness. All decisions that a group makes are always a resault of consensus between its members.
In many contries there is not only the President but a Parliament which consists of many representatives of different parties. When a significant decision is made it is always put on a poll so members of the Parliament vote whether they agree or not. This leads to fairness.
As it was mentioned, only unanimity in a group can resault in a productive work. My experience shows, working in groups develops many qualities such as abulity to communicate, creativeness and etc. When working with others people brainstorm so their ideas will be unique thereafter accepted. It is simular to a competition but in a productive and friendly way.
In conclusion, co-working is a great chance for people to get their ideas noticed. Not just that, working with others invokes many efficient qualities and leaves a participant a great experience which is nesessary nowadays.
