Grades so far...

Okay, I am really happy with most of my grade so far, but I was just wondering exactly how they stand compared to others. I am not trying to brag in any way, but I also understand that competition for top colleges has gotten tougher. Okay, so here are my grades:

Hon Biology: A+
Hon Equine Science: A
College Prep Spanish II: A+
AP European History: B+
Hon English II: A+
Hon Algebra II: B+

Basically I am just asking how they look so far... I really want to go to Cornell and major in agriculture, so I based on my grades so far...

Well just tell me what I need to get better on... alrighty...

Thanks in advance, even though no one will probably respond... :)

what grade are you in?

yea, what grade are u in??

and what's equine science?

it looks pretty good (what does ur school weight ur AP and honors classes??)

Grades don't matter, it's the rank which matters. There's guy with 3.55 who was accepted to Harvard with ridicuosly high rank. And it's not exception.

what was his SAT scores, ECs ETC..??

yea, the top 20-25% of my school has an A average. it's all about rank.

ummm..
honors world history: A(94)
honors french 3: A(94)
honors chem: A(95)
honors english: A(not sure my numerical grade)
religion 2: A+(around a 97)
honors geometry: B+(87...will go up very fast)

I'm in eighth grade...rank is in parentheses. class sizes are around 24 students.

Computers 97% A (2)

Core Explore (kind of like a review of all the core classes.. pretty pointless) 104% A+ (1)

Social Studies 112% A+ (1)

Band 96% A (3)

Science 94% A (7)

Language Arts 98% (1)

Algebra I (most 8th grades take normal math at my school) 95% (5)

Obviously, you can tell my strong points are english/history, and my weak one's are science/math. lol

Oh, you need grades:
APUSH - 85% - might go up after quiz, might go down :\ Need to study for the test %)

AP Calc 89% - argh! :)

OP: I'd just work on getting all the grades to A's. Then it's just a matter of doing your homework or participating in class (at least that's how it is for me).

Well, I'm bored, so I'll post my first quarter grades.
Hon English I- 96 A

Latin I- 100 A+

Biology- 99 A+

Hon Geom- 98 A+

World Geography- 105 A+

Wellness (Gym)- 100 A+

I'll probably sound like I'm bragging, but I am numero uno in rank for all of classes. Then again, classes are beyond easy at my school.

.-_-.

PS: I'm freshman VP! does weird dance while chanting

Wow, you all are beasts. :)

Jonathan1, eight graders don't belong here... In middle school, you could BS through everything and still get an easy A

To Chaos: I hope beast is a good thing. If it isn't, don't tell me.
To kirk: Definitely.

.-_-.

beast is good, lol.

eighth grade doesnt count for college dee dee dee

You're fine, just keep up through high school.

Oh what the hell:

English IV: A-
AP Calculus AB: B+/A-
AP Euro: A-
AP Econ: A
AP Enviro: C+ (ouch :( )

okee fine

AP English Lang: B
AP Calculus AB: B
AP US History: A-/B+

AP Chem: C (EVIL TEACHER!)

AP Physics-96.2%
AP English-94%
AP Gov/econ-91.7%
AP Statistics-100.9%
AP Calc-94.6%

For purposes of making it harder for stalkers to identify me, I shall list the categories of my classes (for most) and the grades only:

Art: A+
Chemistry (with the incompetent and lousy teacher): friggin' B undeserved
Speech & Debate: A+
Math: A+
AP History: A

Spanish: A+

Grades, sigh...
