gruber's 2400 guide

Hey guys, just wanna ask for any opinions about the gruber's SAT 2400 guide.

How good is this book for SAT prep?

Are the practice tests accurate in difficulty and testing relevant materials?

Are there numerous typos?

How comprehensive is each of the CR/M/W sections (inc essay)?

Are the tips helpful?

Any other noteworthy points (both good and bad) about this book?

Ahhh one of the best books  I like how he explains the maths questions and his useful tactics. For CR and W, it is quite okay. I don’t think i see any typos. YES, his tips are really helpful esp maths! It is not as hard as barron and I like how he categorized the words and explained the roots of the words, which makes my vocab studies easier.

bump any other opinions?

I just started on grubers math today. I was a little wary of it because I got his ACT book, and the practice test said I would get a 21, but on the real thing (with no more extra prep) I scored a 34. yeahh… anyways, the SAT math seems to be pretty good so far! I like how he gives several easy approaches and tips. But i have seen a lot of typos and such, at least 5 of them, but they really dont get in the way. it has a “mini math refresher” thing with all of the formulas and tricks, which i personally find very helpful especially for just memorization.

I bought the normal Grubers version and it’s decent. Also comparing the Grubers 2400 to the Barons 2400 which is better?
