Guranteed Medical Program at Texas Tech

Does anyone know what are the requirements to get into the Guranteed Medical Program fro Freshman? I know that Baylor is offering that type of program for at least 4 freshman per year. Once accepted, these students are guaranteed a spot in their medical school. For Texas Tech, do you know what the requirements are?

nothing guranteed but if you are in the honors college, you can be in early acceptance program where they waive the MCAT
