Spot-i've actually never played rugby (except a quick game at NASS with 4 girls and 20 guys) but i'm very rough and tumble. (my school has only 200 people so we're limited with sports) i enjoy intense contact sports, so i think i would ahve a lot of fun with it.
Death by happiness: Let me check the website and i will tell you if it is club or im.

its club. but during ss my squad leader (who played rugby for navy) said it got her off campus a lot, and they actually did a lot better in competitions than most of the other teams last year.

Hi everyone! I was off for a while but back on tonight.

I am a shooting guard, Spidermom. I do like to shoot the threes hence my name.

Looking forward to meeting you all very soon.

Excellent, Spotup.

Rugby is a really great sport for women. I played flyhalf once upon a time for Syracuse. Big fun. You not only have to outplay the other team, you have to out-sing and out-drink them at the post game party. Hmmmm, not sure how that would work these days. Drinking age was 18 back then. Man, I'm feelin' old!

I have a question regarding sports.
Do I have any chance of continuing ice hockey at USNA? I know girl's hockey isn't even a club sport but I really want to play at collegiate level also.

Spotup,

Looks like you've caught up in the action. Good "gurl!"

Now, to all of you girls who are in the class of 2010, come back here in a few months and let those coming behind you know the real drill. It will be much appreciated.
