Gym

A simple question, If you have been accepted (or plan to be or want to be), what gym are you thinking about taking a why?

For those who are already in, what gym did you take and how was it?

Personally, I've been stalking the Cornell site and am drawn to a few of the huge amount of "forced fun" they have.

Mayhaps running for me. Or Hiking. Or Walking. Or dancing (No).

My main goal is just to stay in shape, and running really is the only thing I'm good at (Woot! High School XC rules!).

Though I am really open to hear what you all have to say!

I heard that various winter sports are offered as gym courses at Cornell. I personally want to try snowboarding. I can't wait to "shred" some serious "frostage" out on the "slopeside". And no, I have no idea what I'm talking about.

Also, do they offer curling? That would be awesome!

My advice is to take a course that offers something you have never done or don't do on a normal basis, or else you'll get bored. For example, I've never been rock-climbing so I took the indoor climbing class and had a lot of fun. A popular course is the firerams safety course. My brother was in it and had a good time. But you to be enthusiastic about shooting guns.

living routines, it's cheaper than meditation. [it's one of the few that are free]

i want to take ice skating or gymnastics... things I started as a kid and never really finished

I'm definitely going for a massage class.. I have a feeling I'll need some relaxation after the first semester!

I just think I'll find people in the massage class and use them to fufill my greedy greedy needs...
