Any Haas rejects here who were eligible? Where have you decided to go? Post your stats.

Hass reject here! haha. going to UCLA.

hey undergrad2010, how did you apply to ucb and ucla when you have to go a different route of classes?

There may be a few different classes but that's why you take the extra few classes...

It's not exactly smart to only take the pre-reqs for Haas expecting you'll get in because if you do that then you'll have nowhere to go if you get rejected. Go to assist.org and you'll see aside from a few accounting classes and calc 2, the pre-reqs are pretty similar. Then again Haas has that damn Breadth, extra English class, and 3 year foreign language requirement.

hee... jfk i guess i m under the "not exactly smart" category.
well if i m not wrong UCLA is 1 - 2 classes different from UCB.
1 more courses more of math and some accounting if i m not wrong...
2 years of foreign language for haas.
what really kills many people at my CC is the literature for haas. >_> yup a lot of reading.
the dam breadth that everyone hates, even if u get in with 7 breadth completed, u still have to complete the other 2 if u get admitted.

some people thought they got in cheap but hey u still have to make up for it ahahahhaa

okay about foreign lang i was planning on taking all the years at ccc for spanish because i want to learn it, and continue at berkeley...and for the breadth i was planing on doing the whole thing because in my head im saying why not? if it makes you look better and its ony two more why not take the extra few classes with spare time?

please point out something im misunderstanding because rememeber ive only taken one class so far

Collegekid, are you a senior in high school going to CC this Fall?

Is that the English 031 requirement? Haha, that makes me scared... English I'm fine with but literature just isn't my thing. Analyzing poetry and all that jazz...
