haas school of business

After getting into berkeley, how hard is it to get into haas? I mean is it worth going to berkeley even if I'm not sure whether I'll get into the business school since that's what I want to do? Any advice?

Yeah, I’m also thinking that if I don’t get into Haas, should I even go to Cal? :(

Anyways, after reading the prereqs for the undergrad program, it seems pretty simple: 7 classes min required, GPA, essay and that’s basically it.

I heard the acceptance rate is 50%

OP: if you find out from anyone somewhere else, could you let me know, too? i wasn
t sure if i
d be able to handle a business major when i first applied, so i applied undeclared to Letters&Science (i applied to 6 schools; 3 under business, 3 under letters and science) which seems so stupid now :\ but i think i would rather try the business thing… but i don
t even know if i could switch my major… i don
t want to commit to the school if for some reason i can`t change to business, you know?

I’m worried that it might not be 50% anymore since this year Cal accepted 13k students, which means more kids applying to Haas.
I wonder if that means they will open up more spots at Haas.
I know right now about 700 kids apply and 350 get in.

There’s more than the minimum seven courses needed to apply to Haas. Those are just the courses for the Breadth Requirements. Haas has it own prerequisites, in addition to the seven courses:
