HAAS Transfer Admit, need advice on simultaneous degrees or minors

Hey all,

So I got into HAAS from Santa Monica College. I love business, I want to be my own boss and go into management. I have a lot of interests, most things I read and most classes captures my interest. Basically I enjoy learning. I really want to get a simultaneous degree or minor, but I am kinda lost in which path should I take.

Choices:

Psychology Major:
I absolutely love the subject. If I do this I want to concentrate of Neuroscience and manage a pharmaceutical company eventually and hopefully save people's lives. My father is suffering from ALS, so that's big reason for me to purse this. Or I can go into marketing, HR. I can also use some skills in Business consulting. However, I will have to stay an extra semester, and it will take a lot of my time, which I won't be able to spend in business internships and such.

Public Policy Minor: I am not very familiar with the subject. I would love to go into politics ( one of my dreams actually). If I take this it might open doors into politics or law. I feel like course load won't be much, so this is huge plus.

Bio engineer Minor: Just because it really fascinates me. I just realized I can minor in this subject today. I can go into business aspect of a bio-tec firm (not sure if the minor will help though). I presume there will be a lot of hard classes.

Just HAAS : Here I can just focus solely on HAAS. Take various classes non-business to increase my knowledge.

So what do you guys think, am I being too idealistic? Any major/classes/career related advice about these would be helpful.
