Has anyone gotten into CALS without SAT subject tests?

The title says it all!

I'm not taking a science test...is it still worth applying?
I've gotten A's in physics I and physics II though...

Depends on your major I’d say. For Communication I had two subject tests, but one was in the low-600’s, and another was the high-500’s, so if anything, they hurt me. The official CALS policy is that not submitting subject tests doesn’t hurt nor help.

Has anyone gotten into Cornell without takeing SAT subject tests???

Yep…I only submitted the ACT and was accepted into CALS environmental engineering. My GPA was 3.9 UW. Although I did take the SAT subject tests I did NOT submit them to Cornell. I really think they look hard at the essay. Apparently, mine was compelling enough.

I took subject tests, but not the required one (aka Math I ) and it was not a factor, based on my AP Calc score and the the grades I got in math.
