<p>Duke lost my entire file (SSR, Mid year, recs), except for the transcript and they didnt even bother admitted fault because my counselor said that receiving the transcript is impossible without the SSR or Midyear, but oh well.. the lady was very rude. A couple other kids who are applying at my school also said that their stuff was missing.</p>
