Have my chances for acceptance been significantly diminished?

I did not realize that transcripts and standardized test scores have to be at Penn State by Nov.30
I mistakenly assumed that was just the deadline for the online application. I just requested my transcript and SAT/ACT scores to be sent today.
My stats are:
ACT: 30
SAT: 1980
WGPA: 3.927
Class Rank: 42/418
ECs: DECA,FBLA,Science Club, Environmental Club, Varsity Tennis
Leadership Positions: DECA Social Executive and Science Club Historian
124 hours of volunteer service at a local library
New Jersey Resident

Do I still stand a chance?

You do still stand a chance, but you are bumped into the next wave. So you are guaranteed to find out by the end of February. You could still find out sooner, but not until all of the priority applications have been processes. Plenty of people still get in after priority and your stats are good. What major are you applying for? That has a huge impact on acceptance. DUS is the least competitive as well as adding summer option.

I did add a summer option and the major I applied for was comp sci. Is that very competitive in particular?
