I got the email from Pomona about missing 7th semester transcripts. I faxed and mailed them a letter saying the school does not issue these, but I haven't heard from them about whether my application was complete or not. What should I do?

Call the school IMMEDIATELY!! I URGE YOU. They have probably made a decision on your application or are about to very soon. If they did make a decision and you explain to them calmly your situation, they may need proof but also might understand. Also, it depends on how long you've waited to take action. If you found out in february you were missing the transcript, then that would not be good. If you recently found out (past week,) they should make an exception. Good luck!

ah dammit, yeah it was back in February...I decided to give them some time because I knew they had a lot to process >_<

hmm, that is not good then. You should have takenc are of it...ALTHOUGH, I am guilty as well of not getting the required signatures. Whatever lol. I'm not too serious about pomona.

haha neither am I to be honest...and plus the grades from my January exams only came out today (which I DID tell them)

phew...I called and they said everything was in my file, it's just that the computer didn't recognise that I follow a different school system that doesn't issue the reports, therefore my application was 'not complete'.

Did they say when decisions would be sent out?

nope, didn't ask, though they did say decisions are being made now...so I guess they'll be sent out soon, maybe within the next week or two?

I would hazard a guess that you'll hear some time during the first week of April. Good luck!

haha see! Everything does work out the way it's supposed to (although um the required signature thing for me PROBABLY won't go over well...)
