Having AP test scores sent?

The UC schools have the AP test scores self reported for the application. The official scores need to be sent after you decide to attend. My son put down the school code for the AP tests he is taking in the next two weeks. Those scores will be sent for free. Can I have the older scores sent also? Will there be a fee for those? Or will the College Board send all of the scores?

I am almost positive that AP sends ALL scores each time so they will automatically go to the school your son has indicated for free.

AP sends all scores just like the SATs/ACT.

If your S knows which UC he’s going to apply to, he can put their names down now just for kicks.

If he’s a junior going to be a senior, don’t send and pay for any more score reports until he’s actually enrolled in an university. Adcoms generally don’t look at them when evaluating applications.

The UC schools do ask for them on the application. They are self reported. But, thanks for the info. He is going to attend UC Irvine.
