Hey everyone,

My question is concerning the Health and Information Management (HIM) undergraduate major offered at UCF. This major deals with the development and maintenance of the new online medical records program. HIM is designed to increase awareness of this new, uprising field and UCF is one of the only schools to offer the program.

The reason why I'm looking into this undergraduate program is because I've been told from various sources that the demand for people in these positions is currently off the charts. Finding a job outside of college has been said to be basically a guarantee.

So does anyone have any experience with this particular field, or the major at UCF itself? Is this program worth it?

Any input would be gladly appreciated!!
