Help. I'm a 23 year old recent graduate of Dental Hygiene school. It is an associates degree. I am deciding where to go from here for a bachelors. I'm thinking of health information management? Does anyone have experience in this field? Also is there a difference between health information management and health systems management. I live in Chicago and both UIC and Loyola have one of those two degrees but I'm not sure if one is better than the other. Thank you!
