<p>I did my FAFSA before the March 1st priority deadline, and i was wondering if anyone knows when were at least getting the estimated grants and loans and stuff you can get. I got the one from JMU today, but I really need to know from Tech before I pay my deposit.</p>
<p>VT Scholarships and Financial Aid posted the following on their facebook on Monday: </p>
<p>“Attention prospective and continuing students! Financial aid award notices will be sent out the first week of April. If we have received your FAFSA and you have submitted all requested documentation, you should receive a notice that week. If you have provided information to us, please allow two weeks processing time before your aid will be awarded. Prospective Students - we will send you an e-mail and a letter to your permanent address when your award notice is available. Continuing Students - we will send an e-mail to your VT e-mail account once your aid has been awarded.”</p>
