Help! Just got ACT, really need some advice on chances

I'd like chances on:

Wayne State (full ride, safety school hopefully)
Albion College
MSU

Yale
Harvard
Stanford (major review for this one, actually considering it very seriously)
Brown
Cornell
Princeton
University of Michigan (note my sis goes there in the honors program, and that's where I'd like to end up as well if I go)
Any other good schools you can think of or recommend really.

Idk I'm not amazing, but here are the stats I can think of:

3.85 GPA, only Bs were freshman year (it kills me sometimes :/). So far 33 on ACT, took it again today and estimating a 34, 36 in math with a writing of 9/10. I'm at Lumen Christi in Michigan, which is one of the state's top schools so the GPA is in actuality a bit higher. I don't know how to weigh it up to above a 4.0 and whatnot but yeah.
I high jump in track as a junior, last cleared 6' hoping for 6'4 this year.
Took all honors classes besides lit, and I started that this year.
Taking AP lit, AP Calc, AP German (4), Honors physics, AP Gov, and other random classes next year.
Class Rank is definitely going to be in top 10 percent.
NHS member.
Chess club leader.
In Quizbusters for this year/next.
Looking to major in math or physics, aiming for neurosurgery as an occupation.
I work at my school in maintenance taking up most of my time after school, so little time for clubs and etc. Though I play drums at churches and my school plays occasionally.

Sorry, I'm extremely nooby at this and just joined the forum but I'm really interested in what you guys have to say.

My friend encouraged me to look to Stanford but I'm not sure. He's valedictorian with about the same actual school stats (but with 4.0) as me, but doesn't even know his major/has the biggest ego you'll ever see so I figure his essays won't be too passionate.

Also, my teachers love me and usually most think I'm the perfect student so I'm looking at pretty good recommendations

Again sorry if this post is lacking xD if necessary I'll edit.

Thoughts?

edit: BTW I left some safety schools and random ones out, because some I just know I'll obviously make it into.

Your EC’s are underwhelming. I do not believe that track, nhs, and chess club (with basically no leadership, no passions) are going to be sufficient to receive a positive admission outcome at any of the Ivies or Stanford.

Unless you can make a convincing case that you needed to apply almost all of your available free time in HS towards work in order to contribute to your family finances, I think these schools will be very challenging admissions for you.

Yeah that was my guess. I was mainly going to fill this summer with a lot of leadership programs, and I forgot to mention I went to DC last summer for a leadership program.

Also, I have been doing volunteering for about a total of 200 hours (forgot to count that because a lot of it was just random school stuff xD) and have been doing a program for HS students looking to go into medicine at my local hospital.

But yeah that was my estimation. What about the UofM honors program? I figured that was my most reachable goal

I would say you are a match at U Michigan Ann Arbor. You have a solid shot at the honors program as well.

Haha thanks! That’s my hope :D

Bump :x. Would like some other opinions about this as well!
