Help! Lacking ECs!

Hi. I'm a sophomore and I'm worried because I'm seriously lacking EC's. So far I really only have four. I'm a photographer on my school's yearbook staff, I'm on the basketball team, I work at my temple every weekend as a helper for kindergarten, and I also work as a scorekeeper for my local recreational basketball league. I know these are horrible EC's, and I'm not even sure if they count. The problem is I don't have any more room in my schedule to join another organization at school and the clubs at my school have been cancelled because the teachers are on strike about their pay. I'm part of CSF (California Scholarship Federation) and I plan on applying for NHS. I really don't know what to do. I feel like the time is already ticking away...

Those all count as ECs and are fine. Don’t fret

Thats more than a lot of people have during senior year. Dont fret, kids on this forum are the peak of the iceberg so to say

What makes them horrible? Almost any kind of EC is fine as long as you’re devoted to it. It’s better to spend a lot of time doing a few things than it is to just “participate” in a gazillion things.

They’re fine, chill. If you still feel some panic, join a club or two at school.

***. Those are great ECs. You don’t need to stack up. Remember, quality > quantity.

I don’t know why that showed up twice…
