I got accepted to both University at Buffalo (UB) and Binghamton university BU early this year to school of nursing. No scholarship since I didn’t apply for any! I was rushing to submit my application last minute. I know they’re both good schools, but which one is more solid/best in BSN in nursing academic wise? Not bothered about social life or location just academics? I have few days to decide… Thank y’all in advance.
Binghamton
@Empireapple, What makes you say Binghamton? Can you explain if you dont min? Thnxs
The decision was due yesterday. OP, what did you decide?
Choose Binghamton if you got into the Decker Nursing program…it is excellent highly regarded and will get you into any nursing hospital job!
I would think you have already made your decision but to respond your question of yesterday…
IMHO, I think Buffalo is too big for undergrad. It isn’t one of the large schools like in the south with a huge sports and collegiate culture. It’s just a huge SUNY school. Binghamton doesn’t have great weather either but Buffalo is just a brutal winter. To me Buffalo is a great place to go to dental school (if you want to be in NYS) or other post graduate work and for some reason want to be in Buffalo.
