Help me gain weight!

Although i don’t really know your eating habits, maybe you need to eat faster. Not to the point of feeling sick, but if you try to speak less and eat more continuously, chances are you’ll eat more.

My sister lost 10 lbs after getting her wisdom teeth out. She’s always been a slow eater, but chose to eat throughout the entire meal (rather than just when she wasn’t talking). She started this a month after the surgery, and gained weight quickly.

ha i do eat kind of slow that would be weird if that actually works

You mean muscle weight? Eat more and start swimming. Bam.

^ ya right swimmers are skinny

Absolutely not. All the male swimmers on my Varsity swim team have amazing bods - biceps, six-packs, legs, etc.

As long as you do intense exercise (that’s why I suggested swim) and eat lots to compensate for it, you should be fine.

Rippetoe workout and 3500 calories a day. Went from 130-160lbs in about 4 months

LOL Josh, I recommend Joe DeFranco’s West Side for skinny bastards… [Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for “Hardgainers” - DeFranco’s Training](<a href=“Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers" - Official Website of Joe DeFranco & DeFranco’s Gym!”>Westside for Skinny Bastards A modified lifting program for "Hardgainers" - Official Website of Joe DeFranco & DeFranco’s Gym!)
