<p>Good…but are their schollies automatic, or are they competitive (meaning that some students are given the schollies out of a pool of other high stats kids? And do OOS have a disadvantage?</p>
<p>NCF’s academic-based scholarships are solely based on academic criteria, despite state of residence. Its OS tuition is quite reasonable anyway. It’s always ranked among the more reasonably priced and “best-buy” schools.</p>
