Help me!

Hey everybody,
I'm currently a junior in high school, and I'm extremely interested in a career in health administration. I've always wanted to help people in need, and although being a doctor sounds like the right choice for me, I don't think I have what it takes to go through 8-9 years of schooling, and on top of that, residency, etc. However, my parents want me to a bachelor's degree in any type of engineering(what can I say, I'm Asian). In their minds, engineering will allow you to do anything in the world. They think that health administration is something that I can't prosper in. Therefore, I'm trying to save myself from some future arguments by fulfilling both my and their dream. I was thinking of doing a biomedical engineering(possibly) in undergrad school, and then doing a health administration graduate degree in a top Ivy-league school. Do you guys think that this is a good idea? And also, do Ivy-league grad schools allow you to do a graduate degree in something that you didn't even major in when you were an undergrad?

IE are definitely in the healthcare system and could be exactly what you need.
