HI All,

My situation is very complicated and I really hope someone can help me out.

I was a student at UC Irvine (Computer Science major) a couple of years ago and was disqualified. Basically there were a lot of things going on in my life and I could not keep up with college.

Anyway, I seriously want to get back on track and earn my degree but I have no clue on how to do it.

I left UC Irvine with a GPA of less than 2.0.

Where do I begin?

Do I take classes at a community college bring up my GPA to a 2.0 and then apply to transfer? If yes, then which classes should I take? GE classes?

What if I want to attend another University? Do I bring my GPA up and then apply to transfer?

I really hope someone can help me.

Thanks,
