I got an email from JHU a few days ago asking me to send in a copy of my mother's 2013 W-2 forms. Now, I called them and told them that I was having a horrible time finding them and that I wouldn't be able to do it until Friday (last Friday, I sent them in yesterday). I got the email on Monday asking for them, and I called them the next day or the day after that. However, I just noticed that there was a note at the bottom of the email that they wanted the forms by the following day. I don't have access to a fax machine so I just mailed them. Am I not going to be considered for financial aid now? Help!

Call JHU on Monday and ask them if they received the documents. And ask if there are any issues with the timing. Did you apply ED?

And for the future…look at ALL of the required submissions for financial aid consideration. If I were betting, I’d say that tax return requirement has been on that list for quite some time.

They will also want you to do,your FAFSA asap…and link the 2014 tax return to the IRS data retrieval tool.

Only they will know. Email and let them know when you sent it.

Thank you @thumper1 , I’ll make sure to call them on Monday.

@BrownParent I did email them. I guess all I can do is wait

Do you not have scanner access? You don’t have to always fax.

Take a picture of the document and attach to the email today so they have a “copy” by monday and phone to let them know the document is in the mail.
