I’m an idiot. I accidentally sent my AP scores in thinking I was sending one of them and not all of them. I sent really bad scores to really selective institutions like Harvard, Princeton, and Columbia. On the collegeboard website, there is something about “Score Withholding”. If I do “Score WIthholding” will that prevent my AP scores from ultimately being sent to those colleges? Please help
Not if you already sent them; you can’t unring a bell.
The good news is that AP scores carry little, if nay, weight in the admissions decision, IMO.
Even for ultra-selective institutions like Princeton, Columbia, and Harvard?
At this point I am pretty sure that you can’t undo it.
I see from your other thread that you have some very good in-state safeties (Rutgers, NJIT) and the very good stats to make them safe. I also see on your other thread that you have a good mix of schools on your list. As such I would be inclined to relax and see what happens. I expect you will do well where ever you end up.
It is also likely that these scores went to the Registrar’s Office not Admissions.
