I reallllllly want to go to WSU. I've wanted to go like for a long time now. Here's what my grades and such are like:

Gpa: Horrible and trying to bring it up, a lot: 2.0

PSAT [sophomre year]: 750 [i think]

Taking my SAT's this spring

Taking ACT this spring

Had a job since i started high school

Joining Red Cross Club + class council

Oh by the way i'm only a sophomore and plan on working extremely hard the rest of ym high school career. I don't want to end up going to rutgers ):

WSU? u mean WVU? first of all rutgers is harder to get into than WVU and theres no way in hell you will get into rutgers no offense. To get into wvu however. do your homework, prep for the sat a little and you will be fine. as long as you do ok on the sat and have decent grades like all Bs you will get in

And the whole Rutgers thing? I live about ten minutes away from the school and my friend got in with grades like mine. Better chance if you live in state.

Anyway! I'm taking the SAT in may for practice and yeah.

Rutgers is rated significantly higher then WVU. Even as an in-state student, you have no real shot of getting into Rutgers. It is internationally recognized as a superior university. I am shocked you could even put the two schools in the same stratasphere, haha.

Having said that, you have a shot of getting into WVU if you bring your GPA up to a 2.5 and get 1050 or so on SAT reading and math.
Good Luck.
