Well, I dont think I am going to get accpeted into rutgers...

I have
1710 on SATs (1150 M+V)
2.98 HS GPA
3.18 Count COllege GPA

Im a NJ resident I love Rutgers the big school feel, lots of facilities, school spirit, are there any comprable schools which I could get into, Im lookin to transfer next semster so I really need to get these apps in, if it isnt already too late... thank you in advance!

I would also like it to be somewhere in the Northeast area... No farther south than Virginia or maybe North Carolina if I really like the school no farther west than West Virginia

im about in the same boat as him ill have about 3.0 gpa by the end of my two years and am a NJ resident. i have about 30 credits after this semester not includin next semester. after next semester i will transfer or possibly after this semester. what school do u think i would be able to get in from the following keep in mind i do not need to send me SATS URGREENT : montclair , rowan, rider, rutgers

Apply this year and you may have a shot to get in.

But I heard Rutgers is increasing its difficulty of getting accepted because of their reputation as a safety school to many and to help their rankings.

if i transfer fter ext semester ill have about 42 credits transfering with me do u think i should wait and transfer or attempt this semester?? and if so where else do i have a better shot of getting in ?

i am a very active student as well doing lot of community serivce as well as works full time as well go to school full time. i might not be the best student in the world but i know that if given this oppertunity i will take it and run wit it

I am at Sussex County Community College for whoever asked, and I did apply to Rutgers wrote a pretty decent essay and am going to hope for the best...we will see what happens I'll probably throw my hat in for montclair and bloomsburg too.....I really need to get going if I am going to do that though, as Id like to transfer next semester...Im hopeing applying in the Spring is going to help me get into Rutgers as there will be less applicants (less spots too though) but we will see what happens.
