The video begins with the kids all attacking the defenseless student at once. After around two minutes of non-stop beating, the student stands up and tries to tell the guys to stop. However, the leader of the group gets in his face and starts punching him. Then, the group beating begins again. After a while, the student manages to run away after being attacked nonstop by 7 people for three whole minutes. Plus, he was wearing a heavy backpack.

This whole incident is wrong on so many levels. It's just sad that this happened at all, let alone on MLK day. How is it possible that there are people out there who can be so savage to another human being? It also says a lot about how pathetic those 7 attackers were; they couldn't even take down a single person with their combined efforts. I doubt any of them would last a second against the victim in a fair fight.

*ING **ES. They need to go to jail. That is so messed up and I hope the asian kid gets rich and takes revenge on them all.

Why do people do these things? Are they really that bored? Was their parenting really so dismal? And forget the parents-- where is the inner strength, the sense of life? How can anyone give that away? I find it hard not to pity them… what torture it must be to have given away your soul!

Found this info:

That was easily one of the most disturbing and horrifying things I have ever seen. It was difficult to watch to its completion. Why are some people like this? Terrible, evil people. It really sickens me.

As soon as you gang up 7 to one you lose all dignity. If I was there I would beat all there little behinds and shoved them in those cans to teach them a lesson.

But then again violence just leads to more violence.

Yeah, being a Chicagoan, this kinda rocked the local community. It’s despicable to see such idiocy still emanating among today’s youth. I’m a Bridgeport regular, and it’s hard to believe that a beating of such magnitude would occur there. Disgusting.

First and foremost, I hope the boy who was attacked in the video gets better - I hope he physically heals from the scars he received at the hands of the 7 pugnacious youths - and I hope he mentally recovers from those 2 minutes of hell.

Second, I was hoping that the attacked boy would at least return some of the punches. Under such circumstances, it is almost one’s obligation to at least give a fight back and stop acting so meek …

^^^NerdyAsianKid’s link still works but the audio has been removed due to profanity.

This video disgusted me. Why no charges were filed is beyond me. Why is this not considered assault and battery? If these kids were over 18 that’s what they’d call it and the perps would be hauled in.
