Thank you sooo much! :)

Be truthful with me.. this school might be a reach for me.. if so, my backup is University of Illinois.

ahha wow i hope u get in im a biochem major going to northwestern next year

ur gpa and acts are def good enought to get into northwestern but is your coursework hard? you didn’t seem to take alot of ap classes that might hurt you a little but if you ED and your in state i def think you have a good chance of getting in :]

Apply ED to Northwesten and rock the essays and you are in. Strong ACT scores will help to get considered and even top tier schools like the ivy league. I would say high match for northwestern. Good luck!

btw, a biochem major will be EXTREMLEY hard to handle!

If your EFC is 0, consider applying for questbridge.
With stats like yours and and EFC of 0, i’m pretty sure you’ll get QB finalist, and then the cost issue goes out the window. NW is a QB partner for college rank, so that means you can basically ED to them by putting it top of your rank.
For more details you should look up the questbridge stuff on CC

Anyways, you have a good story and a tough background. That makes it a hook for other schools as well, so i would actually recommend applying to HYPS, as hooked applicants seems to do really well.
