High School Attendance in college admissions

I'm aiming to top schools such as ivy league and I have concern about the attendance. I had abysmal health during sophomore year led me to having surgery which resulted in missing total of 19 days but they were all excused.
Also during freshmen year, I had to go to my country to extend the visa to be able to live in the US legally, but my school counted them as 2 days of unexcused absents...
I also have 5 unexcused tardies so far..

Do you think it will be disadvantage for me? I don't know if the attendance shows up on my transcript. If it does, will it affect me so bad..? I kept All A even though I had many absences. I'm going to be junior in this fall and I promise myself that I will maintain perfect attendance from now on since my health is fine.

I don't know why I feel so stressful about this.. maybe most of my friends have been maintaing perfect attendance.
Thank you in advance.

no one cares about attendance or “unexcused tardies”. The amount of concern you should have for this: 0.00%

None of that matters. The serious absence is excused and no one counts illness or surgery against anyone. The other items are so minor it is ridiculous to even mention it.

They don’t care about your attendance unless it leads to serious disciplinary action. You’re fine. If you’re asking about how they may have impacted your grades, that’s a different story, and you can try to explain it via your GC
