High school class of 2016

3001 post is what counts

No!!!

Jk, I am content with 3000

My guidance counselor suddenly had a mood swing so now she’s probably not letting me take AP Chemistry next year…

Hahahah what an achievement!

Just a question, if you were planning to take AP Language in 11th but then you know the teacher is bad at teaching and very mean, would you still take the class? I was thinking about it and AP Language looks like something I should knock off my future 11th grade schedule.

(Hi this is probably awkward because I haven’t posted on here in literally months but I’ve been lurking around lately and I’m finally gonna post hey-o)

hailbo - I probably wouldn’t take the class because it doesn’t seem like you would learn much from it and it might be more trouble than it’s worth. Maybe you can self-study it instead?

I’m taking AP Euro next year and at first I was scheduled to have a really awesome teacher, but unfortunately he passed away last week so now I’m afraid that I’ll have some terrible new teacher. Ahh!

^Ooh, I remember you! You were the one who dropped from honors algebra 1 to regular. How’ve you been doing? Sorry bout the teacher, that really blows.

Taking AP Euro also next year. My teacher is awesome. Same one who teaches my AP Prep class.

Hi Swinter! I’ve been great! I’m actually going back up to Honors Geometry next year - I’m nervous, but I’m gonna do some studying over the summer to help me prepare for it. I hate my regular algebra class. How have you been?

I’ve impulse-bought Barron’s AP Euro Prep book (and only found out after I bought it that it’s apparently one of the crappier ones…) and Geometry for Dummies. Then I’m gonna watch a bunch of Crash Course videos on youtube and I’m saving the old AP Euro teacher’s review documents from the school website onto my computer before they erase it…I refuse to let myself give up next year!

SO STRESSED AHA!!!

Well, it’s better to be stressed than to do nothing!!!

SO I have an idea. Remember in the beginning how we all posted our Stats before high school started? Let’s post our stats again, this time with our freshman stats to see what we have accomplished this year!!!

Also, top 1% of my class, but not valedictorian.

Guys, stop. There’s no doubt I’ll start crying when comparing my grades to everyone elses. Let’s stop it now before everyone else starts posting. ;)

My school’s freshman class has about 15-20 people that will actually get into an Ivy, including me. Out of 535.

Holy crap, what kind of school do you go to?

It’s literally unheard of for a person from my school to get into an Ivy League, haha. One of the seniors this year got into UChicago, though. I’d looove to go to Northwestern.

So what’s everyone’s dream university? :)

I like Penn.

University of Chicago, Stanford.
The class of 2013 did really good this year by our school’s standards. One guy got into MIT and Stanford (chose Stanford) and another girl got into Princeton.
