<p>@OverInfinity Oh, I’m not Chinese… I’m Middle Eastern. There is only one program like it in the state and only approximately 50 get in so its going to be pretty difficult. I’m hoping on my essay to show that I’m worth admitting. Speaking of which:</p>

<p>No, I have not. The only AP class we can take is sophomore year USH and Gov. My school doesn’t offer AP Euro anyways. </p>

<p>Is there anyone (who’s taking AP Physics ) this year who have the time to help me? I am seriously lagging behind because the first chapter…I dont get like the easiest stuff. And now we’re on the next unit :’( any help would be greatly appreciated! Thank you guys! </p>

I had a family friend who worked as a pathologist and after a bit of asking and arrangements, she agreed to let me shadow/intern with her for almost three weeks. I also worked at my father’s doctor’s office. This summer however i’m applying to actual programs</p>

<p>I’m just… really, really busy. Especially this week and last week. And I’m also really stressed because grades.</p>
<p>Just curious, does anyone else have a weird school system policy that prohibits students from interacting with current and former teachers through personal emails? It’s really bugging me because I hate the fact that my personal emails to my BAE (Best Amazing Educator, lol just made that up) from middle school are going to be monitored by the school system now (even more then they previously were).</p>
<p>@MissSuzyQ That’s weird… We occasionally have to email teachers stuff, or have to communicate with them in ways that aren’t… well, Schoolloop. We have a rule about social networking (no friending teachers while you still go to that school), but that’s about it. </p>
<p>@MissSuzyQ aren’t you the girl who’s in love with her teacher? That system sounds pretty smart. It protects the teachers from liability issues stemming from minors contacting them in an unprofessional manner and/or exacting revenge. Or stalking.</p>
<p>@MissSuzyQ Yeah, my old school did. You couldn’t friend them on twitter or Facebook etc unless you are a relative or already graduated.</p>
<p>Not in love with my teacher. I used to have a crush on my former teacher. We still keep in touch (he’s a mentor to me) and I’m hopefully going to be his TA next year and the year after that. He personally asked me to keep in touch with and email him at the end of 8th grade, and we corresponded shortly after with his school email and my personal one because at this time, I hadn’t been assigned a student one. The middle school just started enforcing this student email rule so he had to ask me to use mine even though I’m a former student.</p>
<p>I wouldn’t worry about it too much if you’re emailing him for academic purposes. There’s nothing to hide.</p>
<p>Well…it’s more of a mentorship/friendship thing. We just enjoy keeping in touch. I tell him stuff about school life, yes, but I also discuss books, tv shows…not usually that personal but he does give me advice from time to time. I’m not worried; I just think the new policy is irksome.</p>
<p>I’m dead. I just did a poster for spanish 3 on Seville, I rewrote my essay on Antigone, I had algebra 2 homework, scholar bowl, piano, and I am just going to bed because I don’t give a flying ferret about ap world right now. I’m so dead I’m like a walking zombie i just want it to be thanksgiving. I’m crazy for thinkig I can add ap macro on FLVS on top of all of this already but for some reason I am crazy enough to still want to do it all??</p>
