None of my friends even know that CC exists. If they found out, they would easily find me because of my picture haha
lol, I have some friends who look on here a lot, but they don’t have accounts. But hey, if your school’s mascot is Rowdy the Raptor, I’m in the library on Power Mondays.
I’m the one who convinced @Nickarch and @Giovuhnni to create CC accounts, so they know who I am, but I am always encouraging people join, they usually ignore me tho.
I’m seriously thinking about whether it would be appropriate for an American high schooler to suggest environmental policy for a small Eastern European country. LOL.
I would be pretty embarrassed if my friends found me on here. Pretty sure they would laugh at me

Lol I live in the richest county in TN and it’s crap. I dislike most of it, but Science Bowl is fun and whenever I see an accomplishment by one of the kids I coach on the county website, I’m like “awww, look at my little group of dorks, doing so well. They’re so smart.” They are really, really smart, which is kind of a pattern: Every other year is hypercompetitive. But my little group of nerds (nerd and dork in the most affectionate older sister-type way possible) is great. But for the most part, this county is a bunch of entitled rich kids.

Ghaa. Report cards tomorrow. I never look at grades to eliminate stress. I am really stressed right now thinking about what my grades might be xD
I check my grades daily. If I do not check them, I would be 1000x more stressed than I am, which is a small amount.
Wednesday and Thursday are both half days so I’m really happy. I just want to sleep…

Hey guys, how do you feel about the Sat Math subject test 1 and 2. I want to take both of them by the end of Sophomore year? Any studying tips? Does it sound like a good plan?
Also, @IAmNotCreativ how is precalculus? Is it a review of Algebra 2?
Sorry for all of the questions, the juniors at my school mainly skipped Pre-AICE Additional Math 3, while majority of the sophomores are taking it. They offer no valuable information to me about the pros and cons of skipping Pre-AICE Additional Math 3. I even asked the only Calculus and Algebra 2 teacher at my school, and she was a little iffy about both routes. She said it depends on the person, and I am just worrying for some reason. Any help?

I might be skipping precalculus because it isn’t exactly essential at my school. Plus there is Khan Academy, and I pick up on math easily. That means I’ll probably take Math Level 2 next year in the fall.

@ShatteredEyes I actually love precalc, but I also love to take math and chem tests so…
Most people at my school do well, but my school has a pretty amazing math department (except for one teacher) so that probably skews the data a lot. Math curricula tends to vary a lot (especially precalculus which is usually used as a catch-all term for any class taken right before calculus) so your school may have a totally different curriculum than mine. If I were you I would ask an older friend who is taking the class or has taken it. This information will apply more to your situation than anything I tell you about my school.
Also you might be able to see what topics are taught in the class on your county website.

Oh, @awesomepolyglot I have a dislike for cats after one basically maned me when I was younger, those things terrify me now. But your cat is so adorable, I am just too afraid of them to actually get one :’( So I settled for my little doggy Rocky.
