High school requirements?

Hi everyone, I am an out of state high school senior and I am slightly confused on the high school course requirements for A&M. My school does not offer economics, and I also was not on par to have 4 math credits (I have 3). What exactly are the requirements, and does this make me unqualified?

Thanks!

If you are OOS there are some ways to grant an exception to the requirements:[State of Texas Uniform Admission Policy - Office of Admissions | Texas A&M University](http://admissions.tamu.edu/freshman/TexasUAP)

Here’s the form: http://admissions.tamu.edu/admissions-staging/files/b7/b71a5456-ed03-4651-9b5b-7614989e625d.pdf

Our school system offered economics in junior high only, it was not a problem.
One of mine took Algebra 2 as a freshman, so the Alg & Geometry was in junior high but he did end up taking 4 years of math as well. But I’m guessing it would depend on your courses taken if you only have 3 years.

I would strongly suggest you try the last ACT test but hire a tutor to help you score high enough on the math section to waive your math requirement. Good luck!

I actually got high enough on the SAT to waive the math requirement I believe (1600). I just became aware of this, because I wasn’t even going to submit my SAT scores since my ACT’s are better. Thanks!
