High School Transcripts accidentally sent too early from Parchment.com?

I got admitted to UCSD as a transfer student for fall 14, and I misread the instructions for sending in transcripts.
Supposedly students are not supposed to send in transcripts earlier than May 1st but i thought it was due May 1st. So I sent it yesterday on April 24th and I checked this morning and it was already delivered.

What should I do :(? I called the lady at the admissions office for SD and she said it should be okay...but the acceptance page on SD wrote "The following items must be received after May 1 and on or before the respective deadline dates. If we have not received the documents on time, your offer of admission is subject to cancellation." and the deadline for high school transcripts is not until July 1st _ So i did send it in too early...

Thoughts?

Ask the lady again if the school will count those transcripts or should you send them again after the May 1st date. I bet they’ll keep the transcripts, though. It sounds like they’re stricter about late than early.

@bodangles‌ Yeah, I think I’ll do that  Thank you. I’m paranoid about this for sure… I’d rather send it in again and spend the extra money rather than have something go wrong you know? thanks again ~

On Parchment, you can request the final transcript to be sent when it is available. Is the one you sent already a final version?

@billcsho‌ Yes  it is my high school transcript and i have been in college for a couple of years now … so yes, it is the final version. _

Oh, I see. Was it sent electronically or by mail? (One of my D’s Parchment submitted transcript was by mail). If it is by mail, they probably will receive it shortly before May 1 and may not file it until then.

@billcsho‌ it was sent electronically. and i checked the status of it in parchment.com and it was already delivered
ahhh… i’m not sure if I should bother sending in another one or not

I would suggest to wait till May 1 and call the school to see if they have it on record. If not, then send it again.

@billcsho‌ Ok, I’ll try doing that again. I tried calling the other day and all they say is to “not worry” yet they won’t let me know directly that under my name, it has been received in their records  and btw, thanks for the quick responses.
