HMC EDII or not? International with FA!!

Those who know any international kids at HMC with FA, please come and chime in!!!

I'm a poor Chinese kid desperate for FA/scholarships. My family can only pay about 25K-30K/year.
HMC is definitely one of my top choices, but I'm not ready to commit, since I'd like to wait until my RD applications to some 40 schools come out next spring to compare financial offers...
Applied to all kinds of selective schools (USC, HYPS cuz they give int'l money), whole lot of LACs with science/engineering (Grinnell, Lafayette, Union, etc.), backups like Baylor, Wooster, UMN (this one I can afford with some scholarship), SUNY Stony Brook, etc.

However, if I don't get any satisfactory money at all from my other schools, EDing HMC, with its potential benefit of better FA (also I assume I can get out of ED due to lack of $$$), seems just awesome.

So what should I do?

Right now I have SAT I 2180, SAT II 2400 (mathII, phy, chem), 3 5s from 4 APs, and December SAT I score should be at least 2250+ (I'm feeling like another glorious triple 800 :) ), GPA 4.0, decent ECs (computational chemistry research intern, school ambassador/NHS, VP of Mu Alpha Theta), sadly no big awards/consistent ECs whatsoever since I've transferred to 3 different schools... (I hope they'll take AMC scores from Feb.)

If HMC is your top choice, then go for it.
