Hodgdon Single Tufts

I am an incoming freshmen and I just found out that I will be in a single in Hodgdon dorm this upcoming fall. I am very extroverted and was excited to have a roommate but also wanted my room to be a bit of a social hub. I am worried that being in a downhill dorm might not be ideal and I’m also worried that being in a single may not be conducive to having a social hub room and and making lots of friends. what do you guys think about this. Am I wrong (secretly hoping I am)/ is there anything I can do if I am not? Any advice from current students would be a appreciated. Basically, in summary, I’m worried about being downhill in Hodgdon and what that culture is like and also about being in a single and how that may take away from friendships, being a social hub and the overall college/ freshman experience.

I went to a boarding school and will have a double in Hodgdon. If you’re anxious about not having a roommate, I can switch with you.
