Honestly, what are my chance of getting into UNC Chapel Hill?

I am a black female from South Carolina that is currently a senior in high school. I am a graduate of the MYPIB Program and am currently in the IB Diploma Program. I made a 6 on the IB Spanish Exam and a 5 on the IB Math Studies Exam (out of 7). My unweighted GPA is a 3.86 and my SC weighted GPA is a 4.67. My combined SAT is a 1900 :( and it breaks down to 580 Math (which I know is just terrible, but I do want to be a history major), a 680 critical reading score and a 640 writing score. I have done over 300 Community and Service hours since the beginning of ninth grade and I have been historian, treasurer, and vice president of various clubs. I also feel like I wrote a pretty good common app essay. I know its a stretch right now, but from experience, does anyone honestly feel that I have a chance to get in?

Out-of-state: 15% chance
In-state: 70% chance

Sorry.

I disagree with Nihility - the fact that you are a black female with such amazing stats should certainly give you at least a 40% chance. Unfortunately, UNC is a public school and North Carolina definitely has its own fair share of well qualified black applicants who have an edge over you.

Hate to break it down by race but it is the reality… I would definitely apply if I were you, good luck!

Chance back?

I know this is quite a bit later but I just wanted to inform you guys that I got into UNC Chapel Hill! I received my acceptance letter on the 18th of January! :)
