Honor Societies...Help?

<p>On the activity list, how do I include National Honor Society and Music Honor Society? </p>

<p>Also, for Hours per week, am I supposed to just average the hours since in case like Tri-M, my hours per week spent on the activity increased every year since my role got more intense, so how do I deal with that?</p>

<p>The Common App states that NHS is a school level award. I think that a music honor society would be listed in the same manner.</p>

<p>What happens if I held an officer position for either of those societies?</p>
