Does Binghamton have an honors college? I've read about something like a Binghamton Scholars program on their website and was unsure if that meant an honors college.

Also, does Binghamton look down upon applicants who select the "Topic of Your Choice" option for the essay?

And is there any way to submit the Binghamton supplement to the SUNY application online, instead of having to mail it to them.

Oh, and does Binghamton offer full scholarships for National Merit Finalists/scholars?

the "honors college" here is baisically the top 100 (or somewhere around that) that apply. I'm not exactly sure how that works, I just know that if you're at the very top of their admission "list" you get to be in the honors program.
And I don't think they care what essay you write, I did the your own topic one.
I don't think there's any way to submit the supplement online, I did it my mail last year, I can be wrong though.
I have no idea about the National Merit thing, sorry.

I don't think Binghamton participates in the College Sponsors program for National Merit Finalists but I'm sure if your scores are good enough, they will offer you a sizeable scholarship (that's what I'm hoping for!)
