Does anyone know when we hear from the honors college??

When I called they said the letter would come about a week after you receive your acceptance letter. I have no idea whether or not I'll get in. I sure hope so, but apparently it's the top maybe 2% of students.

I'm more anxious for the financial aid. If I don't get any money, my options are to either not go to PC or try and get an ROTC scholarship and then have to commit for a few years.

FYI, the letter was sent yesterday afternoon. I got an email coz I'm an intl. Best of luck to all of you!!!

Can anyone who gets an Honors College invitation please post your stats?

Did anyone get any mail about merit scholarships yet?

i got half tuition and an invitation to the honors college. u can see my stats in my past posts.

I am assuming since I did not get anything that I won't be getting a scholarship from Providence.

me too dank08 :(

Anyone hear about the Martin Luther scholarship? I can't go unless I get some kind of money so I'm not sure what's gonna happen at this point.

Well according to the website they *just *got sent out so there's still hope!

SZ0626 and I have fairly equivalent stats...SZ has higher GPA, I have higher SAT, I have more EC, SZ has more AP, etc. I really want to get into honors because that is probably the only way I could go

I think its going to be pretty hard to get into the Honors Program. You'll probably need over a 2000 at least on the SAT's, and probably a solid 3.8 GPA or higher with a class rank in the top 5 %.
