<p>I have a question about the entrance requirements for the general honors program. Next year, I will be applying to UMiami, and assuming I get a good scholarship, I may end up going there. If so, I would want to be in the honors program. It says that you must be ranked in the top 5% of your high school class to qualify, but what happens if your class doesn't rank? I meet the other requirements for the honors program, but my school doesn't do rank or anything like that. Thanks for the help!</p>
<p>My son is going to be a freshman at U of M. He does not attend a school that ranks and yet was invited into the Honors program.</p>
