<p>Does anyone know the approximate value of most Honors College scholarships? Aren't they in the $3000 range? And if anyone has received such a scholarship, what type of stats (SAT/ACT) are required? Thanks!</p>
<p>This info is about 4 years old; both D and her best friend were offered honors college scholarships back then. They were limited to around $3000 specifically to be applied to housing, as they were invited to live in the honors dorms. They both had 1500+ SATs, so those invited were the top scorers that applied to VT, and it may be that even fewer are being offered now.</p>
<p>D was also offered a NMF scholarship of about the same amount. She didn’t go to Tech but her friend did, and it’s been great for her.</p>
