Horrible Senior Mid Year Report. Will I get into a good college?

Hi I'm just wondering if I can still get into or even get scholarships to the colleges of my dreams. My GPA is 4.88 weighted my SAT score is 2060 but I'm taking again in January to try to get to a 2100. I have great Extracurriculars etc I'm a varsity sports captain, a girl scouts and I started a GSA and a book club at my school and I am a national achievement semifinalist. Unfortunately after I switched schools my junior year things took a turn for the worst. I had 4 C's on my second semester report card. Two of them in honors and the others in AP. But mY did have two As in my other AP classes. Senior year I took 4 APs again, I took AP chemistry as a requirement of the pre-med program at my school and Stats because I've always taken honors math and only regular and AP were offered. So I got a D+ due to a poor midterm grade in Chemistry, and a C in Stats. Besides that I received one B+ and the rest A's. Can I still get into a good school like northeastern, bu, or emory? I've already been deferred from northeastern and FSU but now I'm hoping I can get into my top choices, Tufts, Cornell, Emory, UNC chapel hill, and BU.. Is there hope? Thanks in advance.

Tufts: no
Cornell: no
Emory: no
UNC CH: in state, match.
BU: high match

I think UNCCH will be just as hard to get into as Cornell for you, so almost all the colleges you listed are reaches except BU which is a match (the next most likely being Emory, but not very likely). Good luck!

IF interested in Tufts and BU might add Holy CROSS.
