Hours of Sleep

Michael1, I have like the same sleeping pattern! hahahah

on weekdays, anywhere from 7-9 (i prefer 7, i feel more awake for some reason) and on weekends, about 8 or 9. My parents think i need more sleep, but then again they FINALLY let me push my bedtime to about 10 pm whereas in freshman year it was 7, sophomore year it was 8, and last year it was 9. Geez that was frickin annoying.

Wow. you have a bedtime?I've heard of curfew in high school, but bedtime, that's silly.

What is this sleep thing you speak of...

Anyway on a good day (never) I get maybe 7 hrs of sleep, on a regular day, 5-6 hrs, during the weekend 11 hrs

2-5 on weekdays

yeh 3-6 on weekdays depending on if I have lots of crap or not

Weekends about 10-11...lol

haha one of my friends go to sleep at 9.30pm every night without fail! she's also one of those incredible overachievers (5 APs, 2 Varsity sports so she gets home at 7.00 at the earliest!!) I really wonder how she fits in everything within a few hours!!

greendayfan, don't i know it. :D I can't wait to have no stupid bedtime. Just go to bed when i'm tired. YES.

last night and this morning i really felt the effects of sleep deprivation over time. and yesterday right after school i had a track meet which went to 530, then i had to be at school at 6 to get ready for NHS induction, which lasted till 9. then dinner and starting homework at 10. i was so tired by then i didnt even finish my work and slept at 11. blah.

About 7-9.

On weekdays...7
Weekends, 24/7

XDD This is not fair haru. You find APs easier than me AND you get more sleep. ***ff

5 hours a night during AP season, with the exception of 8 hours the night before the AP. :)

When you're in my position, getting home at about 5:30pm on a day with no after school activities (we have a longer school day) and waking up at 6:40am, plus a huge workload, there's no way I can manage more than 6 hrs a night regularly. And a lot of times that gets squeezed into 5-4 hours.

In the winter guard season, I got home around 10pm twice a week. And Saturdays were gone completely. In the fall it was after 7pm three times a week. Most of my friends average 3-6 hrs a night too. So in high-stress school situations, it is definitely feasible to get v. little sleep.

I'd say it ranges from 0-9, probably an average of maybe 6.5

hmmmm...

on average maybe 6 or so...

3-5 hrs cause i go to sleep at like 12-1am and wake up at like 4:30-5am cause my school is far away and i take the bus, AND i am the first stop on the bus...the ride is like, an hour lol

sometimes it's not that I study all night, but mostly because I'm just an insomniac like that haha

Right now about five hours a night... partly because of APs, but mostly because I'm a senior so I usually can't motivate myself to start my homework till about 10 :)

OH WOW,..am I the only one who sleeps at least 10 hours a day XD

^^ Yes, yes you are lol.

10 hours a day? lmao dude youre not in pre school anymore
